To Dan Breen, the role of a lawyer involves a combination of understanding, networking, persuasion, and advice. He believes it is key to understand a client’s circumstances, risks, and possible outcomes. He networks to build strategic relationships for the benefit of his clients and hone the art of persuasion to guide clients and adversaries to optimal outcomes. Dan’s goal is to provide his clients with the most clairvoyant legal advice possible.

Since the very first day that Dan was licensed to practice law, he has been focused on helping clients recover compensation for their harms and losses. In doing so, Dan’s goal in every case is to make his client’s whole again. Dan has wrestled compensation from big corporations on behalf of many victims of car crashes, premises defects, and malpractice. Dan brings a decade of experience that includes hundreds of successful settlements, dozens of trials, and representation in forums ranging from arbitration to the appellate court. Dan approaches every case with the goal of obtaining as much compensation for a client as efficiently as possible.
